J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pearson en nov. 2022
Entretien
Long winded process - the whole process took 6 weeks with limited communication in between interviews. 3 interviews plus the completion of a task that took 6-7 hours. Very disorganised as I received the meeting invites the day before the interviews. I received the task mid week and was told I had 2 days to complete it when I was working full time. I was told I would receive a task to complete that week - but sent 2 weeks later. Really poor communication. I was put off from working for such a disorganisaed organisation that clearly doesn't value it's employees. If they treat you like this before you begin - imagine what it is like to actually be an employee! I accepted another job role in which I interviewed for and received an offer within 2 weeks.

a phone call from HR(manchester phone number) to ask me about the visa type, and some brief questions about my CV, as well as the expected salary range. The HR said she will give my CV to the manager, but there is no follow up then

I had three interviews with four different people over the course of several weeks. The first was a screening interview about my experience and skills, the 2nd required me to do a task beforehand and present it and answer questions about it, and the 3rd was more abstract with questions where there was no obvious 'right' answer, just my view on things.
After 2 weeks, I finally got an automated generic email from their HR system which read like they were rejecting me simply based on my initial application (i.e. they had 'a high volume of applicants', they were 'moving forward with other candidates', etc.) with no acknowledgement I'd already had three interviews, and no offer of feedback. I was highly disappointed by this, as I feel spending that much time and getting that far into an interview process should elicit a much more personal response.
