Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later. Recruiter forgot to call me for initial scheduled phone screen, had to reschedule for the next day. The recruiter in general seemed to have little idea of what the position actually did on a daily basis, mostly talked about the company as a whole.
After the phone screen there was an in-person interview with two managers of the enrollment team

Mostly questions based on previous admissions experience. They stressed that it was a very metric driven job that would be judged daily.

They use the STAR method. The biggest thing that is sought for is your behaviors exhibited in the scenarios given. If you are familiar with the STAR method, there aren't any surprises when it comes to the questions.

They provided me with the skills we would focus on before hand and asked me to have examples provided. Big fans of the STAR method. And do ask question based on your responses.
