I was contacted by a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner from Pearson who provided me with a link to Calendly to schedule a 20 minute phone interview. I scheduled an interview and also followed up to confirm the date and time of the interview. On the day of the scheduled interview, the interviewer never called me. I followed up with an email 5 minutes after the scheduled time, and I still have not received an response. I am truly disappointed with the experience I had.

Fairly straight forward process - two round video interview after initial phone call and basic question. Make sure to ask about the org and team you will be on. Everyone is very nice and it is evident they value work life balance. Make connections early on.

Firstly, scheduling the interviews was a challenge from the start. The interviewer rescheduled three times, which I found to be unprofessional and frustrating. This lack of organization reflected poorly on the company's commitment to respecting candidates' time and schedules.
After completing the interviews, I was informed that I would hear back within a week regarding the outcome of my application. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The process ended up taking three weeks, during which time I was left waiting for an update.
