Entretien
Turned in resume and online application. Once that was screened, I was sent a link that gave examples of completed assessments. Then I was asked to complete an assessment based on the reviewed examples. Once I submitted the assessment, I was notified I did well (within 24 hours). I then received a separate email with an offer and request to complete online paperwork to accept offer and do background check. Everything was completely automated and online. There were deadlines to complete it (I waa given 7 days to complete the assessment and 3 days for the background check info).

The assessment asks you to review a submitted piece, and add critiques/comments in the requested format and modeled after examples they provided previously.
I never spoke with anyone. I filled out a lengthy application online then was notified some weeks later that I had made it to the next step. The interview consisted of a mock run using their system to help a student with an essay. The process was timed.

Entretien
Pearson asks to correct an essay, and if that is passed, you get hired. Once you get hired, they make you read a bunch of rules and regulations and watch a few trining videos. Once you you start, you bid for a schedule. The way it works, you login to their site during the times that you’re scheduled to work and accept essays as they come. If there’s nothing on the queue then you literally just wait until one pops up. I liked working there, the pay was decent at the time, however, you can’t ever work full time. It’s only part time.

Their form of interview was correcting an essay. If you did well on that, you’d get hired.
