They were very nice and casual. We had to take a few breaks since people kept coming in but it wasn't for very long. The questions weren't too hard and I felt comfortable.
After filling out the application, I received an email to schedule a phone interview, and I was able to schedule quickly. The phone interviewer was extremely friendly and put me at ease. I was asked several questions about my experience, including any experience taking a test through Pearson.

Had a telephone call from the manager. She asked me a few questions. It was more about how I deal with customers. After a couple of days I received an email and got the job offer.
