After completing the application, I had a Zoom panel interview with two other people. Many STARR-type questions were asked. The interview lasted about an hour. The job is phone queue-based and sounds very tedious. There is also no flexibility with working hours and it is more of a shift based position.

I waited on MS teams for 45 mins for a phone screening. No one answered! I emailed and waited a few days for a response to my email. I was told that there was a glitch… I don’t believe this was the issue. The phone screenings are done by staff based on the Philippines that work EST time zone. I think someone was sleeping!!!!! I finally had to phone screening and was out forward for an interview with three members of the enrolment team. They seemed nice and gave me positive vibes. I waited another week and didn’t hear anything so I emailed for an updated only to be cc’d into and email to another recruiter that I was sent a rejection email (which I never received). I emailed back and thanked them for the wonderful professionalism. The whole thing was a farce!
