Quick and efficient interview process, one phone interview and one on-site interview. The feedback provided was great and the formal job offer was received the next day. The interviewer was very candid about what the role would entail and honest about expectations.

It involves your usual paper-screening and then you'll get scheduled for 1 HR interview then 1 Hiring Manager Interview then finally offer. Work schedule depends on your department but I rarely was called onsite during the pandemic days
