On line application, got called for a 2nd choice option, but asked about my first choice and began the process for that instead. Phone Screening, Online assessment, In person interview, Personality Assessment, Offer, Background check.

It was thorough, and took about 1 month. Everyone that interviewed me was very friendly. I had to do over the phone interviews first, and then in person interviews with a panel of 3 people.
