First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. This interview is exactly what you would expect; you will go over your resume and how your experience/education qualify you for the position.
Second, I had a phone interview with the sales manager. This interview was also what you would expect, but there were far more open-ended and ambiguous questions. I highly recommend preparing a list of your best attributes that you want to sell during the interview, so you have some ideas of what to talk about when you get questions like, "Tell me some things about you." When nervous, I find it difficult to be clear and concise on those types of questions.
The final stage of the interview was to deliver an in-person sales presentation for 4+ managers. This was another open-ended task; I was allowed to sell any product or service I wanted using any method I wanted. I chose to create a sales deck in Powerpoint and made sure to close the sale before ending my presentation.
I've definitely been heavily tested and lightly tortured in past sales interviews, and Peachjar's interview process wasn't so bad in comparison.

Phone screen, pretty standard overview of background, invited for in person interview. In person you were placed in a boardroom with 3 other interview candidates. Then brought to a speed dating atmosphere, where you went office to office and met with two people in each. The direct hiring manager made a comment that she only has guys working for her and instantly made me feel like there was a reason behind it, without further explanation continued to ask me standard questions. Then the wrap up was short lived. Instant turn off to hear that comment.
