I was called by HR of Paytm to come for F2F discussion on weekday in their Kormangala office which looks not so great, Now coming to interview I had total of three rounds 1 coding 1 LLD and Last with engineering manager of their company who had no idea about what he asked me to design. For i.e he asked me to design Uber system and I did, Now he does not have idea about Payment can be made after the ride or when you are trying to book next ride he said nobody can give you ride for free you have to make payment upfront, Second I felt he was trying to prove me that he is better than me and I cannot answer all his questions so to satisfy his ego At the end he asked me to write code for making UDP connections WTF!!! And when I asked about my roles and responsibilities all of their interviewers answered "You will do CODING" ...I mean seriously is that how you describe one's role in the company.
