a first interview by phone; when you pass, they make you have a group interview with other candidates; then, a typing speed test; and if you pass, you have a panel interview with 3 people.

Totaly a waste of time, you come there and need to spend more than 3 hours for just to see a presentetion of the company services. There were my candidates at the same time, they always will prefer a native English speaker, even if they have no experience.
