3 stages:
1st: Interview at their office with 2 people at the same time. They were nice and friendly and it was typical background questions and some situational questions to see my thought process. First red flag was that they apologized for calling me in on a holiday because they "didn't know" which is weird because many people were working there how would they have known to come in to the office that day? No one said anything? Hard to believe so obviously it must be a lie, they could have been honest and say we "sometimes" have to work on holidays.
2nd: Hr interview on skype, quite normal and was very quick just some situational questions.
3rd: Interview with CEO, at 8 am on a Sunday, which i accepted because I understood there was a big time zone difference. But 8am came and after over an hour of waiting I had to ask to reschedule (during this hr was telling me that he was having problems with the internet connection at the airport). It was rescheduled on the same day and once again more than an hour passed and I had to once again ask to reschedule.
I got no apologizes just excuses about travel dilemma that he was suffering. I guess they thought I was going to wait around all day for him. I do not consider this appropriate behavior and if it were the other way around I doubt any employer would accept this behavior either. A couple days passed and no news from them.
I ended up telling them I was no longer interested in working for them. I tried to keep an open mind although the bad reviews, but the lack of respect they showed me and disorganization in scheduling interviews I think I got a glimpse into the reality of this company.
