J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paymentwall (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2016
Entretien
The worst interview process i have experienced in my life. First of all, the employees at Paymentwall are not professional, they scheduled me 6 interviews for a junior position at this company. So, i talked to 6 different persons for an entry level position. I lost a lot of time with these 6 interviews, since they had not specific schedule, they sent me the time of an interview last moment and they cancelled one of the six interviews last moment. The way this company arrange the interviews process is totally unprofessional, impolite and unproductive. I talked with 6 different personalities that made me different questions each of them and it's logical to have a different opinion about me, so all the process is pointless. This startup company does not know what exactly is looking for in a candidate employee and their team leaders have not the ability to recognise and evaluate young, talented people that would like to work for such a startup company and try to change and improve some parts of this company that are totally unprofessional. They sent me finally after 1 month of many interviews a final feedback, that after 6 interviews they realized that regarding my qualifications and past experience there is not fit. So i have a question: is it so difficult to realize that there is not fit for a specific position? Is it necessary having 6 interviews to realize that there is not fit at all? I think that it's easy enough just to read carefully a CV of someone and to conclude if there is or not fit.

A gazillion interviews, where you have to repeat the same story, including a final interview with the CEO
1. HR Interview
2. Peer interview
3. 1-hour assessment
4. In-person interview
5. 2nd peer interview
5. Interview with CEO
Only positive thing I could say is that the HR was polite and very efficient in the communication.
Team in Sofia office also very positive and polite.
Crazy rumours about the allegedly toxic CEO put me off before even getting to the final stage. Reading Glassdoors reviews about the company can be a fun evening activity to eat your popcorn with.
