Need to answer questions with an actual event that has happened in the past... can you tell me about a time where you helped a customer make a decision, can you tell me about a time where you had multiple demands, can you tell me about a time where another person caused you stress, can your tell me about a mistake that you made.

Interviews have changed a lot since I started. The interview will mostly consist on customer service. May be asked to roll play. You will be asked how you build a team and coach them. Will be asked questions such as "a time when you helped someone make a decision, a successful team, a time you made a mistake and how you dealt with it.

Entretien
The interview consisted of a 30 minutes one on one interview with the regional manager. They asked basic customer service questions such as 'how would you handle a conflict with a customer?' and 'what is your favorite part about dealing with people?' Not too difficult of a process and they were all very nice and professional.
