Applied on career site, received a call from employee. Answered all the questions correctly. At last they asked one question regarding SQL. I got a reject saying that more experience of SQL was required. However I informed prior to recruiter about my less experience on that. They still chose to call onsite and reject on that basis, so it was kind of disappointing.
