Phone interview that started off very casual and went into detail about my knowledge of the company background. I found it a little difficult translating my military experience into understandable and quantifiable skills that would benefit me in this role. I should have been a little more prepared to talk about what I learned by researching the company and should have had a better closing statement to highlight my skills.
