3-4 rounds with different levels of management. All done virtually, make sure to be ready and have the apps downloaded well before hand. Questions can vary but it will mostly be about your drive and how you can impact net new clients

Entretien
Interview was virtual, 4 separate interviews and a employee shadow or “ride along”. Discussed compensation and commission structure in depth. Went over offer letter during a zoom and confirmed my employment. Interview process was quick, approximately 2 weeks. The virtual aspect of it actually made it easier in my opinion. Right now my role is entirely virtual so it was nice to sort of get a taste before starting.
