They conduct interviews using the Star method. They ask you about walking them through a Sales you won , a sale you lost and learning experiences. Ask about how you network and use network to leverage sales.

The interview process was very thorough. In total, I believe that entire process included 4 to 5 separate phases, each one increasing in length and difficulty. That being said, I felt like it was a fair process and it gave me the opportunity to get to know the company from multiple perspectives.
