Entretien
Initially there was an over the phone call with the recruiter to check suitability - salary, experience, etc. This was then followed by another over the phone with line manager and then a face to face a few days later. I then had the opportunity to meet with some others in the department - peer level. Final interview was face to face with Dept Head and HR. I was kept fully informed by the recruiter throughout the process. Always available to answer questions and kept the process very transparent.

Very basic interview with more about my experience, learn scenarios based on PayPoint values. Also prepare around what changes you can bring in the company as this place needs a lot to improve on.
