VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
It was very long and bad experience with the Paypay hiring team, There were 4 different steps and each one took like a week so I was engage with them kind of for the whole month.
I passed the initial communication skills call the HR was good and understanding.
I passed 1st coding challenge 100%
I passed 2nd live coding session with paypay developer 100% correctness in half of the time.
In 4th technical interview call I mostly gave answer correctly.
After a month later they declined.
Moral: They don't want to analyse how good and fast developer you are. They want some kind of "Unknown Satisfactions" from you. which you wont be able to figured it. Its like you need to satisfy personally every manager of PAYPAY then you will get offer.

Entretien
They reject every one in very first round of coding. I solved all questions with passing all tests. God knows what they want. I have heard from other reviews that their procedure is quite slow and takes ages to complete. After long time like month they send very long and sweet message saying "we are moving ahead with other candidate".
