Call with recruiter who asked basic questions (Salary, Reason for switch, etc). Post that I received a call from a second recruiter to schedule a 30 minute preliminary interview with Design Lead about design process and past work experience.

Straightforward but it took a long time to receive an offer. I appreciated that Paypal didn't have a 10 step interview process as usual for UX design interviews. I like the new direction their company is going.

First round with recruiter and then a portfolio review with multiple designers and others where you showcase 1-2 projects. Then you will have a half of day with 3 to 4 1 on 1's
