Received call from recruiter for position of Talent Acquisition. No JD. They have process of 3 Rounds. 1 Round : Technical, 2 nd Round: Competency and Behavioral, Round 3 : Cultural Fitment. Each round for an hour duration. Overall Interview experience was good, fruitful and learning .

The interview process was professional, yet informal. Multiple meetings with multiple individuals over a few weeks. Not sure how necessary it was to meet so many individuals and got confusing as to who it was you would be working with.

In person interview was contacted by recruiters. Spoke to the head of talent acquisition who made me work on a "fake" client document. I spent 48 hours completing and submitting the said document and never heard back from them. Extremely unprofessional.
