After a first interview with the hiring manager I have been invited to a second round in order to be interviewed by a panel in the case of positive outcome, the panel interviews would have been followed by a final interview with the bar raiser. I made all the interviews with the panel (three of them). The last panel interview required to create an ad hoc technical presentation to be exposed to a committee composed by three people Till this last interview everything was fine: good focus from the HR representative and really nice exchange with the interviewers After that nothing... I have been simply ghosted by the HR representative who simply stopped to respond my mails. The only way to trigger some feedback (two weeks after the last interview) was to solicit via LinkedIn one of the interviewer of the panel to ask for it As a response I received a standard 'thank you' message. I asked then for a detailed feedback but got ghosted again... Seen the time spent in preparing the interviews and technical presentation I was hoping in a customised feedback to better understand the reasons why I was not chosen and to have the opportunity to learn some lesson to better perform in the future It's really a pity! I was waiting for something more from PayPal
