Sent my resume to the email on the website. I recieved a reply within a week and went in for an interview which was really just a tour. I got called back to meet with the director. I was then emailed an offer letter and accepted and that was that I started the next week.

Low standards. Tour of the facility, brief meeting with director. Ask about pay, experience, personality (how do you act in a crisis, with people you are not fond of, etc.) etc.
