I went in for an in person interview and met with two people from the marketing team. I then got a second interview which was on the phone with their Director of Marketing. The first interview was around 30 minutes and the second was about 15. A lot of it was to see if I would fit in with the company culture and their team. Everyone was very friendly and made conversation easy. They also are a company that needs references so did call two of my references.
