First you interview with Team Leads, and get an overview of the company. If they think you are a good fit, they will have a panel interview with the team.

Received call for interview. Did a 2:1 interview. Received call back for second interview which included meeting and interviewing with team and job shadowing. Wrote a case note of one of the interactions during shadowing. Received phone call within a week and was offered position.
