The interview process was very straightforward. I was submitted to the position by a direct placement agency. I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager lasting roughly 30-45 minutes. I was then invited on-site for an in person interview which was scheduled by the agency. On-site: I met with the Director and another Recruiter at the company. The interview lasted roughly 1.5 to 2 hours.
