Firstly i applied online for the job, I was then shortlisted for an interview where 2 members of management asking me various questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at Pathways.

Received a phone call a couple of days after submitting my application to confirm when I am available for an interview. The interview was done face to face with the manager and the team leader. Most of the questions were easy to answer. Very friendly and the interview was more conversational and less formal. A few days later, I received a phone call from the team leader who offered me the job!
