Entretien
I had positive phone interviews with HR, direct manager and his manager. Setting up appointments and scheduling was easy. Questions were fair and not meant to entrap (ie: What color would you be and why?). HR knew the sales experience and didn't ask typical HR type questions. The on-site interview was to test cultural fit; they knew I had the experience and technical skills already.
