Initial screening with HR followed by an asynchronous assessment(which is where my run for the candidacy ended). Although asynchronous in nature, each section is timeboxed. I could not completely figure out how the platform used for the assessment calculated percentile for certain sections. It almost seemed like it was based on how quickly the answer was solved within the timebox limit and not on the accuracy or if additional edge test cases were considered. I do recommend a bit of preparation prior to working on the assessment.

Before meeting with anyone, you'll get a TestGorilla assessment. Those who know this will know the drill. Expect the 15 questions in 10 minutes kind of setup, a mix of rapid-fire trivia and coding questions that are quite stress inducing and really are there to see if you are a good test taker more than anything.

As mentioned, it's a TestGorilla assessment.. It's broken down in separate sections, each taking about 10-15 minutes; React, CSS, .NET, numeric reasoning, and some custom questions you get to type your responses.
