I first had a brief meeting with Ashley regarding Passion.io. During that conversation, we discussed the previous tech stack, the direction with You.ai, the reasoning behind the transition, team culture, and the overall pros and cons of joining the company. Following that, I had a Google Meet with Dan. That conversation felt much more open-ended, focusing on our respective business principles and future goals, and it concluded with a few more traditional interview questions. After learning that Dan would be stepping back, I had a final meeting with Matt to make sure we both felt confident that we could work well together. That alignment was confirmed, and we decided to move forward. Overall, the entire process felt simple, informative, and accommodating to my schedule. By the end, I felt well-informed and had very few remaining questions before making the final decision to join the team.
