First call was with a recruiter and lasted about 30 min - just general questions about my experience. Then there was an interview with the Director (1 hour) where we talked more about the role and vision for what we'd achieve. The final interview was with the COO (1 hour), again very conversational and getting a feel for my experience and how I'd handle situations.
