The primary interview was over the phone and lasted roughly an hour. I was then flown to the Dallas office for an in-person interview and to meet the company. It was a bit of a long day, but I very much appreciated getting to meet and speak with several employees who gave me a solid idea of the company culture. I was treated to a very nice lunch and was given an offer at the end of the day.
