Contacted about 2-3 days after applying online. Set up a phone screen with the recruiter which was easy and went well. An interview with the hiring manager was set and also an easy laid back interview. Job offer within 72 hours.

It was a phone interview. Relatively short- only 20 minutes. It was a one-on-one phone interview. They did not have a position open in an area I was interested in, but they did have a position open for another area.
