Applied online. Interviewed with a senior engineer. The interview was very simple. He just went over my resume and asked me a few questions about my life and what my future plans were.

1 phone call with HR, 1 online interview with manager, 1 in-person interview with 3 member panel. All within the span of 1.5 weeks or so. Was accepted offered a position a couple day later.

Applied for job online. Was then invite for interview just a few weeks later. Had a phone call and then an invite for a face to face interview. Attended interview with a Panel and was asked several competency questions - all happened within a few weeks

Power point presentation. You pick your project to present. If they do not like your project, you are basically done for. They prefer physical, design project. Best if you can bring your project to the interview and show them.
