I got the call for the interview about 1 week after application online through job seeking portals like Jobstreet.com. At the interview, the hiring manager was very nice to introduce the company as well as detailing the job scope and the current situation at the company. This was followed by a short tour of the facilities and a brief introduction to the current staff. Questions on the fundamental synthesis of simple molecules and some technical techniques for purification were asked.
