The interview included a screening phone interview with a talent specialist, followed by a virtual interview on Teams. It was a great conversation; the interviewer was genuinely interested in my skills and knowledge and shared lots of details regarding the position and the company. Two writing tests were sent to me after the virtual interview. Even though I was not selected for the position eventually, it was a good interview experience.
