I applied through LinkedIn. The process took about 4 weeks.  Interview1. 45 min phone interview with senior recruiter. She was professional and smiling, described the role and the team & benefits package. I was nervous at the beginning (I have never interviewed with a CRO before) and she was very understanding and kind about it. About a week later she invited me for a video interview (due to COVID-19 situation I would not come in for a face to face interview) and sent me a presentation topic. Then I was contacted by an administrator who arranged the meeting - sent me the dial in number and a link to the video call. 2. Video interview with two hiring managers from the UK. They have been very friendly and transparent throughout the process. There was a presentation part, Q&A part, some general competency questions and an in house task. I was nervous but felt well prepared. I did not get the job as they went with someone with industry experience but we agreed to keep in touch and I will apply again next year.
