Entretien
I had a phone interview with a recruiter in Poland who asked me about my experience/what I was looking for. I was initially looking for CSM II but my experience of <1 year only meant I could get CSM (wishful thinking). Heard nothing for ages and was a bit upset.
Then a few weeks later I got invited to an interview in Uxbridge where I met a CSM Manager and the Director (both lovely). There were situational questions and a lot of GCP/work knowledge questions as well as a test. I was offered the role that afternoon and turned down Covance as the offer was better.
I was contacted via linked in to know if I was available for a first contact. The first step was a phone interview. Afterwards I was invited for a F2F Interview.

Entretien
It was a long interview process. Approximately one and a half hour but it was very informative. And the questions they had asked was to get to know me and my working skills better. There were two people who had taken the interview.
