I submitted my CV to the recruiter. Contacted within a day for a phone screen, 2 days later the proper interview to discuss my qualification and experience and the position. A day later an offer was made. I have been a cra for 9 years so my experience during the hiring and interview process was pleasant. It was a great way to start the new year at a great company. I also discussed the management culture at the company, discussed travel time, current workload, therapeutic areas, and the new hire training. The recruiter and hiring managers were pleasant and respectful throughout the process, I couldn't have had a better experience.

Overall, the interview went well. I had it with one of the hiring managers, no one else was on the call. It lasted about 30-45 mins. It wasn’t until she asked if I had been vaccinated at the end that changed the demeanor of the entire interview. I got a call from HR stating they would not move forward with using my religious exempt form to be hired. I had to show proof of vaccination. This was back in the fall of 2022.

The company has a bad reputation and that deemed true in my interview. Unstructured and focus on working hours - salary not market competitive. Chances to move up ladder seemed low - maybe just bad fit with interviewer.
