I've never had this kind of interviews before. I interviewed with one supervisor and colleague. They gave me a full of questions that really tried to find out what weaknesses I have. All in situation -type questions like "what would you do if you were blah blah..." My suggestion is "Don't give your honest opinions" since they seemed having a very specific , somewhat cookie cuttered ideals for their employees. If you happen to be in, then you are in. They never followed up on the decision after the interview. I felt like I spent one hour to be emotionally shredded and received nothing, not even an email. And my interviewer at the end of the interview told me the reason why they felt hesitant to hire me because of the reason I am lack of "something". Hey guys! you didn't even put that "something" in the job posting as a requirement and you phone-screened me two times before the face to face interview! Very awkward, unprofessional interview at all!
