I applied online through their website. I was then contacted by an HR rep to go over my CV as the hiring manager was interested. I was then asked for my availability to attend a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager (Service Assurance Director) was extremely nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed the interview. He asked questions regarding my experience and where he thought he could see me fit well in their organisation. The HR rep contacted a few days later to let me know that I was not successful but the feedback was extremely helpful. I believe I was edged out by more experienced individuals. I was also told that I wasn't successful because I didn't go into detail regarding my previous experience which surprised me as I thought I was quite detailed.
