Good filtering process they were organised and had put in role plays and were observant it’s an agency they also case studies that they shared from people changing or starting careers

How did you handle a difficult situation at your previous job
Straightforward and offered positions on the same day which saves you time. It was a group interview of around 30 people and lasted all day as an assessment centre. Can be quite daunting and sometimes not the best way to assess candidates.
