The whole process was a bit phoney. I applied for a job they were offering of Linkedin- but it turned out that was a bait and switch tactic. As soon as you pass through all the loops that job mysteriously vanishes. In the beginning they set you up with an account manager who is supposed to be your mentor but you end up getting calls from all their colleagues asking you the same questions over and over again. In hindsight I realised that they are all salespeople competing to recruit you into a position so that they get commission/hit their targets. So it was an awkward start. Then they do this pointless phone call (supposedly with their boss- which is BS) to make you feel like you are passing some important interview stage. Truth is: everyone passes. Then you have to go down to one of their assessment centres with their clients there for a whole day. They don't give you lunch. They split you up in to 2 groups and kick over half of you out towards the end. So you might make friends during the day that you then will probably never get to see/speak to again. Basically, they are an old-school sales company that use all the tricks in the book to manipulate you into doing what they need you to do. My advice: if you really want a job through them tell them you aren't going to do all that BS, and if they want to work with you they'll have to do it without the assessment day. Know your worth and use it

You get a call first to have a talk about your application, where you live and what salary you're wanting etc. If you are suitable for the role then you go forward to a telephone interview and then if you pass that you go on to the assessment day. Both the telephone interview and the assessment day were professionally done. I got through the telephone interview and went to the assessment day. The assessment has got an intro in front of all the grads, group challenges, a presentation and then a 121 with a Pareto assessor. It is quite a tiring day but I met some great people on the day and was eventually successful at the end of the day! Being booked in for interviews just now so hopefully will be placed soon. Really happy with how it's all worked out.

Telephone Interview - Asked 3/4 questions which were all focused on personality and general life experience. Very easy (3 skills why you are suited to sales, what makes you unique etc). Then asked to an assessment day which consisted of two games/challenges and 1 presentations with a q&a. The unique aspect is that employers may be in the room as well so you can make an early impression. At the end of the day if you are offered a role you will then receive endless phone calls with new roles and pressured in to taking interviews even when you don't want to go. They attract you with offers of big blue chip company's however these roles are rare and unrealistic pay.
