Began the process in Jan of 2015. Had 2 phone screenings with HR in Jan and Feb and then did not hear anything until May. In May I interviewed with my department manager.

3 rounds. 2 behaviorals. Very thorough yet efficient. Good communication and free-flowing conversations. Technicals revolved around explaining my resume background and key experiences, while behaviorals depended on the role. This included a brief overview of tools, programming languages, and projects I have worked on, as well as challenges, career pivots, and more informal short answer questions.

Standard, a few questions and a nice conversation. We spoke about the company, goals and projects. Although I did not receive an offer I was asked to interview again for the following semester.
