After the phone interview the college relations recruiter sends you the contact information of someone in the department you are interested in based on your discussion, where you then have to schedule an in person interview with the department.

One screening call, then an easy interview w a specific team — received the offer that same day from the recruiter that had initially interviewed me. Overall a relatively simple and straight forward process.
