Emailed at short notice for an interview the next day and not alot of communication. Interviewer did'nt take full notes, I had the feeling they had someone else in mind because the questions didnt really relate to the role. It was very informal and something just didnt seem right about the whole process. I cannot say that it was 'experience' going to the interview because I did not learn anything. It's a bit disappointing as I used to look up to MTV, however I've realised that this is somewhere that I would not want to work.
