The initial communication was done through a talent recruiter and the interview was set up rather quickly. I met with HR for the first interview, and then I interviewed with the department I'd be working with on the same day. The department interview was a little more laid back than the HR interview where they basically explained what the job entailed. The only drawback to the interview process was that the interviews were in two different buildings, across town from each other. The atmosphere of Viacom was light and not as corporate as other networks I have interviewed with.
