Process took about two weeks with result of interviews in third week. First interview was with HR super easy, next interview was a technical interview with three people. All interviews were virtual as the position was Work From Home with no incentive to go into the office.

The entire process consisted of 3 interviews total. First was an interview with an administrative employee to get a feel for your personality and how well you would fit in. Second, was an interview with the engineering employees. The purpose of this portion is to observe how you approach the problem solving process. Lastly, was a meeting with the owner to allow you to ask any questions you had about Paragon.
