The interview process was quite lengthy. Around two months from application to decision. I had eight separate interviews. Three with the account team, three with the creative team, one with the COO, and another with their Chief of Staff. The interviews on their own weren't difficult, very conversational and everyone was very kind. I do think it could have been condensed a bit. Anything more than five interviews feels excessive, especially for a candidate asking for less than six figures.
